With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Paul Lynch founded & built Cohesive Construction from the ground up. Originally establishing Wide Span Sheds, Paul recognized the need for a construction partner that could deliver solutions beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, leading to the creation of Cohesive Construction. He is committed to providing custom & bespoke building solutions across all sectors, budgets & regions throughout New Zealand. Shahn Bragg is a Licensed Building Practitioner and Registered Master Builder with over 20 years’ experience delivering residential and commercial projects across Southland. He leads end-to-end project delivery, overseeing quality, compliance, health & safety, and client relationships to ensure every build meets the highest standards. Known for hands-on leadership and clear communication, Shahn mentors apprentices, builds high-performing teams, and partners with local suppliers. His projects range from small builds to developments over $4M, with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and craftsmanship that delivers long-term value for clients and the community.

James Dodd is the Managing Director of Cohesive Construction and Wide Span Sheds in Central Otago, bringing 25 years’ experience in the building industry, including more than 10 years with Wide Span. Actively involved in day-to-day operations, James also fulfils the role of Project Manager, providing hands-on leadership across the full delivery lifecycle. A member of New Zealand Master Builders, he combines strong construction expertise with proven project management capability, and is known for his personable, practical approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients throughout Central Otago.

As the MD of Wide Span Sheds Nelson, Bruce guides clients from initial enquiry through to the delivery of high-quality steel buildings. With more than 25 years’ experience across NZ and the US, & a background in farming, Bruce brings strong practical insight into rural, residential & industrial building environments. Specializing in high-end homes, he applies the same standard of design, detail & workmanship to every Wide Span Sheds and Cohesive Construction project. Known for his honest, transparent & down-to-earth approach, Bruce adds value through clear communication, strong spatial thinking & tailored solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

Shaun Lynch is the General Manager of Cohesive Construction West Coast and has been part of the business since its inception. Shaun is known for building strong client relationships and for his detailed, methodical planning approach, ensuring each project is carefully tailored to deliver the right solution for every client.

Sam O’Malley is the Managing Director of Wide Span Sheds North Canterbury, leading the business across both operational and management functions. Actively involved from initial concept and quoting through to project delivery, Sam provides hands-on leadership throughout the full customer journey. As a builder with more than 20 years’ experience across residential, industrial, and commercial construction, and 15 years specializing in the shed industry, Sam brings deep technical knowledge that clients consistently value. Sam is known for going above and beyond for his customers and for delivering an exceptional standard of service on every project.

Craig also leads the sales function, developing clear, buildable solutions with accurate scopes and budgets.
