The building has the following features:
Cold-formed steel warehouse with a span of 40m
Warehouse apex of 7m
The roof was built on the ground and lifted onto the frames as one piece using four hiabs
Timber frame and truss offices and amenities adjoining
Covered rear patio and entrance
Accessible internal design and accessible bathroom
Specified systems requiring a compliance schedule
