Cohesive Construction delivered a new commercial premises for Cassidy-Davies Electrical, pairing a steel portal-frame warehouse and workshop with a modern office fit out. Clearlight panels flood the workshop with natural light, with roller door access and full-height shelving and storage throughout. The warehouse also runs on sensor lighting throughout, cutting power use in areas not in use, a system designed in collaboration with Cassidy-Davies. The front office section features aluminum cladding with an accent shroud in lime-green to reflect Cassidy-Davies’ brand colours, with full-height glazing, carpet tile, and a glass-partitioned meeting room. Rather than a single open-plan layout, the office was split into separate department spaces, letting teams work efficiently without the noise of a shared open floor. The site includes a sealed carpark with accessible parking and new landscaping, set within a growing industrial park.
