Based in the Gibbston valley sits the beautiful Mt Rosa tasting room. Built by Cohesive Construction Central Otago, the tasting room is built with purpose aged, corrugated steel sheets. The building itself is 186 sqm with a 65 sqm deck providing a beautiful outdoor seating area.

In the middle of the tasting room is a huge jet master open wood fireplace, perfect for the winter months in Central Otago. Recycled dark Rimu was used to clad the inside giving the rustic and aged look to the tasting room to match its exterior and the windows are framed with aluminum and complemented with rimu doors.

The final touches that pulled this stunning build together are the pitched ceiling with large- exposed macrocarpa trusses, the large salt and pepper concrete bench and the polished concrete flooring throughout.

This unique building is the perfect example of what Cohesive Group do best, custom solutions!
