Designed and constructed by Cohesive Construction Canterbury, this multi tenancy commercial building is home to Rosiez Collision Repairs and Wide Span Sheds Canterbury.

First in the area located in the rapidly growing industrial estate of Iport in Rolleston, this 1300m2 building led the way for another 10 commercial structures in Iport, designed and built by Cohesive Construction.

The custom-designed warehouse section includes a state-of-the-art spray booth, extract vent, extra door heights for campervans and trucks and a clear span work area for easy vehicle maneuvering.

This building layout has proven popular over the years and is the ideal solution for an owner occupied business operating from the warehouse with the ability to add income by leasing out one of the separate offices.
